What do you like best about BCC Mail Manager?

BCC Mail Manager is filled with shortcuts and features to make our information processing fast and effortless. Their customer service is always available to assist, and we've never been told we will be given a callback. Until the matter is fixed, they remain online. It's tough to find support. What do you dislike about BCC Mail Manager?

I'd have said my only con was needing to upgrade using a disk they have fixed that problem. If you're looking for a quality BCC's Mail Manager should try out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
