The customer support has been fantastic. I have spoken to reps as well as technical support. They are quick to reply, thorough and always willing to assist with any questions big or small no matter how long it takes or how many time syou have to bug them. The filtering in the new view can be clumsy and determining what everything means takes some getting used to and some customization which isn't all that unexpected. We have successfully run one campaign and we are working on our second. I am thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness of the customer support team. Any questions I have had were answered within the same day. The process to set up a campaign was straighforward and easy to learn. The dashboard has a great overview of quick data points. I would prefer the new campaign request feature in the portal had a mass upload option. Our campaign has over 10 products and uploading the products one by one was very time consuming.

Bazaarvoice's ease of implementation in order to get up and running with collecting reviews and syndicating those reviews to third party retailers is incredibly beneficial, especially when new products are involved.

In certain instances, the Bazaarvoice portal isn't as intuitive as one would hope. In particular, I wish it were easier to understand exactly how to edit the review module. A WYSIWYG editor might be beneficial to the administrators in order to achieve this.
Also, some retailers are listed in the Bazaarvoice network, but don't always accept syndicated reviews per their own internal rules, so it would be nice to have insight as to which retailers fall into this category, so that we can formulate different strategies with these retailers. I like all of the Social Commerce capabilities. There are many ways to feature products, and I love how you can customize your Like2Buy pages to look and feel like an extension of your brand website.
My team uses Bazaarvoice across many touchpoints, including ratings & reviews, social media scheduling, insights and reports, and UGC. Integrating the social channels and connecting the product catalog is very simple.

They are the top player in the space they operate and we have been using them for over 5 years. I love their try it program and how easy it is to get reviews on your website that also sync out to big retailers. Also appreacite the social commerce IG microsites we use through them and that they are constantly adding technology/benefits to their products. Customer service is helpful!!! The all-in-one platform that allows our business to manage and respond to customer content such as questions and reviews makes everything quick and easy. The system of sampling reviews and mapping to the proper UPCs is very intuitive and easy to manage. The support staff is always very responsive and helpful, they are thorough in their investigations and always follow up in a timely manner to ensure we are always updated with the latest developments. I like how available the platform and staff are, we submit campaigns frequently and are always using the portal to monitor customer feedback and answer their questions. The setup and implementation of new campaigns is very simple and intuitive. They provide a lot of opportunities in the campaign submissions to provide instructions and details for exactly what you need from them. Syndicating the content to our different retail partners is very easy as they integrate with almost all major retailers and managing the content across platforms is very simple thanks to their portal. We like that Bazaarvoice syndicates with our partners (mostly) - and that's the only reason we've worked with them because they syndicate with us and international partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bizarre voice is expensive. We've found better partners for review collection and sampling thankfully but they have a monopoly on syndicating to retailers both US and Intentionally. They don't offer English to other language syndication though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
