I don't like that the skip traced file (excel) has a separate column for each phone # that is tied to an entity/individual (row). My dialing software only recognizes one phone # per row rather than multiple phone #'s in the same row, so I'm forced to go into excel and tweak the BatchSkip file so that it shows a new row for every phone #.
