It has been great for researching investment properties and identifying RE agents to consider partnering with. The user-friendly interface makes searching by area, street, property, or agent a breeze, and the detailed data far exceeds what I’ve seen in other platforms. As a beginner, with all the information on the internet today, finding the best software and trainers can be very overwhelming. After extensive research, I went all in with Batchleads. I'm primarily focused on driving for dollars and hands down, the Batch app is the best in the business. It's super easy to download, easy to save properties, skip trace them, and do all the necessary research on the property. I use the software every day and have built my first list of 255 distressed properties. Landree is literally the main reason for my decision. Once I knew I had the right software, Landree and her training were the icing on the cake! Software is no good if you don't know how to use it. Landree's knowledge and monthly training on the software was the game changer. She has the most informative live trainings, her support is second to none, and I would be clueless if it wasn't for her. Best software and team on the planet! What isn't To like about BatchLeads?! From pulling accurate lists, to the data provided in searches, to being able to skip trace, to learning who the buyers are... I tell everyone that Batch can do what the Competitors do, but the Competitors cannot do what Batch does.., it's a one stop shop with accurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the skip traces are out dated. While that may seem like a contradiction to my remarks about what I do like, no skip tracer can guarantee the accuracy of results when it comes to skip tracking.. there simply are too many variables involved and I accept that. I wish it would give you the option (in SMS) to be able to pick which numbers you want to send messages from for each click, rather than just a random assigning of numbers for each click. I have been using BatchLeads for over a year now and I have found that it checks ALL the boxes as a CRM, RE Comping tool and an all around robust platform. The information derived from BatchLeads helps me make confident, quick and positive decisions. Search fields are exact and not predictive. When searching my list for a specific term, I need to have that exact term otherwise it shows no result. I hope the latest updates, Sept 20204, or future updates will take that into consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
