After extensive research, I went all in with Batchleads. I'm primarily focused on driving for dollars and hands down, the Batch app is the best in the business. It's super easy to download, easy to save properties, skip trace them, and do all the necessary research on the property. I use the software every day and have built my first list of 255 distressed properties. Landree is literally the main reason for my decision. Once I knew I had the right software, Landree and her training were the icing on the cake! Software is no good if you don't know how to use it. Landree's knowledge and monthly training on the software was the game changer. She has the most informative live trainings, her support is second to none, and I would be clueless if it wasn't for her. Best software and team on the planet! BatchLeads is more intuitive and user-friendly than its biggest competitor. But what really caused me to finally switch to BatchLeads was the IMPRESSIVE driving-for-dollars app that comes with even the low-level subscriptions FREE. This saves me a large monthly fee with a strictly driving-for-dollars service, plus the leads are auto-saved into whatever list I want them saved to in BatchLeads. I can't say enough about Batch. I recommend them to so many people, I have had a colleague tell me he thought I worked for them. **What do you dislike about BatchLeads?** The only aspect of BatchLeads that doesn't perform as well as their competitor in my experience has been searching for vacant land. I expect this will be improved rapidly, as Batch is constantly improving. But there are many other companies out there that offer the same search abilities. **What do you dislike about BatchLeads?** My very first interaction with the customer support department was a complete joke. I skip traced 3 different searches, and each search had some leads that were showing as no data. There was a total of 11 on one, 44 on another and 125 on the third. For a total of 180 leads. Not a big deal really, I figurred I would just let them know and they would ad a small credit to my existing balance. It was only a $21.60 discrepancy. I spent 32 minutes with the rep from customer support just reviewing the first 11 leads. We never made it to the remaining 169 because the time wasted on a whopping 11 leads was insane. She was adament that I wasn't charged for them, but even when I showed her the list she sent me had 628 records in it and they billed me for 622 (6 less), but in reality there were 11 without any data. I couldn't believe this lady was arguing with me about such a small amount of leads. 32 minutes later, I was so frustrated that I asked "how do I cancel" and she had my account cancelled in under 2 minutes. haha. Apparently asking "how" I cancel means that they cancel you immediately. Funny how she was so fast to cancel my account and not so fast to fix the issue. Wonderful service. I was with them a whopping 1 week, I spent $300 on my membership, and another $340 on skip tracing for a total of $640 in a week and they cancelled my membership because I challenged their math in under 2 minutes. Knowing how much money goes into obtaining a customer, I am surprised that they treat the ones that make it to their membership this way. **What problems is BatchLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leads to market to. ### 33. Zomby properties might be a good add on. SO MANY Features can overwhelm some people. BUT I need these features and it is usually a person problem and not a BL issue. Makes my technical and analytical heart very happy! **What do you dislike about BatchLeads?** One thing I would love to see is more accurate foreclosure/lien information. I’m finding a lot of foreclosures are not actually active foreclosures or liens and for some reason your database still shows them as in some sort of distress. When I look up the property with the county or talk with the homeowner they say it has been resolved. (Sellers lie so not always confident of that answer) but I have found a few that are no longer valid foreclosures and the property is now owned by someone else, but the foreclosure is listed anyway in the data. **What problems is BatchLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was previously using propstream and deal machine to collect leads/data on properties but the cost of the two was getting too high. Finding Batch Leads was perfect, because it combined all the qualities of both programs for a great price! ### 38.
