The way BatchDialer works is a little awkward to understand in the beginning. It isn't all that intuitive.

LOTS OF PROBLEMS. The worst and most painful was that we couldn't get sellers off the Phone. Carriers pretty much marked batch. From 60 contacts a day, we dropped to 30.

Massive loss of business.

Occasionally they will have problems that are even worst. My callers sat for a few hours because the system was down and they couldn't do anything about it.

Lastly, I was charged 3 months in advance a few days ago. Contacted customer service who referred me to a "cancelation" line where there is a robot telling you to leave a message no one is going to get back to.

It can maintain reputation with numbers without marked to spam. Its a simple solution to having good business lines when dialing out to prospective clients. There are pretty good with seamless lead pushes from batch leads. So it works for what it is needed for. Also it is cost effective when compared to other competitor dialers. It is a little bit complex when it comes to just jumping right in and going to work. The most difficult for me is getting my excel sheets to import after I have skipped traced the numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
