
The Basis platform is very easy to use/user friendly. Their dedicated customer success managers and team are always available to help when questions arise, and they have a ton of research on different verticals. I also appreciate the self-learn courses they offer through the Basis Institute that are always available to reference back to when necessary. They take your suggestions and recommendations into account and pass them along to their team to implement if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
