Whenever there are issues in the tool, their tech team is very quick to respond and guide us step by step. Labelling key fuctionalities, creating multiple shortcuts, focuses more on analytics which plays a core role in deriving the info labelled. There's an annotation stage & also a QC stage, due to which the data shared with clients meet their specific accuracy rates. It also analyzes the team overall performance.
