It helps us to analyze our candidates in a better light. Also, the AI capability of the platform helped us to be unbiased and create structured interviews like never before. We started with tech hiring but now extended it to business and leadership hiring as well! **What do you dislike about BarRaiser?** Well, at times, there are minor errors in the transcript, and maybe this could be a internet issues as well, but apart from that, there is no significant problems. **What problems is BarRaiser solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to schedule meetings without issues and can integrate them with other conferencing tools.
