The AI integration that is able to ingest the large amount of logs/data has been extremely helpful with keeping an eye on all security aspects of the company. The integrations page makes setting it up easy and it takes only a few minutes for each. Integrated Cloud Monitoring with M365 only requires you to link a global admin account and Barracuda does the rest. On the dashboard, you can review Alarm, Tickets for protected systems and infrustructure as well and what endpoints and infrusture are being monitored. For Monitoring only, when an issue is detected, a ticket is created full of data and information that directs us on how to remediate it. For Managed or SOAR capable alerts, we know what what detected and what the SOC team did to remediate and if any further steps are required. The SOC team at Barracuda is quick to reach when we call in and are knowledgeable and helpful. 24/7 coverage means we can sleep at night as they watch everything for us. They are always adding new features to the product and generally without an increase in price. This includes SOAR capabilities with M365. I would love to see more options for us to control, for example, access to the S1 control panel.
