Being able to view and remediate emails at a higher level that may otherwise be delivered to the end user is a stellar feature. I like the highlighting of potential issues in an email body, domain information (such as when a domain was registered), email flagging based on spam or conversation hijacking. There are times that emails get flagged that shouldn't. While remediation is easy, it seems that the learning is still a bit off. Users are the most likey to cause a security issue by allowing harmful actors to access business resources so this protection adds a much needed layer of protection.
