**What do you like best about Bark.com?**

I rely on Bark.com to find new clients for my Commercial Photography, Videography, and Aerial business. I appreciate that the Bark platform is simple and easy to work with, even though it's the Customer Support that truly stands out for me. When the system does not perform as expected, their support team is always spot on, and they have been consistently strong in my favor. Over the years, I would rate their support a 10 because they are timely and consistent. They treat me fairly, especially when I've dealt with requestors who aren't genuinely interested in hiring me and are only looking for free information. Additionally, when I encounter false identifying info, the Customer Support team diligently addresses my complaints.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

The Elite business plan I pay for has not returned the ROI as expected. Certainly, there are no guarantees in any marketing investment, but the $89/month to supposedly be on the top of the Bark talent list has not proven to be a successful ROI. I probably will cancel that part of my Subscription soon. Adding some more layers in the requesters details, as to budget range etc. would also be helpful.

Bark.com helps me connect with clients that traditional advertising can't reach. It provides flexibility to choose who I connect with and ensures I get enough information to vet requesters, improving my ROI.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

Lead pricing for DJ customers is far too high, especially for leads with strong hiring intent and/or urgent requests. Prices seem to run anywhere from 12–20 credits, regardless of where the event is being held or how many people will be attending. For several years, I’ve suggested many times that, in the DJ category, they add a mandatory question about how many hours the DJ will be needed. Right now, they ask what time the event is, but there’s no question about when it will end, which makes it harder to estimate the actual scope of the job to provide an accurate quote.

**What problems is Bark.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly none. Numerous suggestions I have made over the 7 plus years of using bark,com have fallen on deaf ears. They used to have bigger discounts on their lead packages. They also have a term & condition where credits purchased on or after 1 November 2025 will now expire 3 months after purchase. The reasoning? This change helps us keep credit balances accurate and up to date, supports fair use across all professionals so active sellers have the best chance to engage with new customers really makes no sense to me. When that statement is unfolded, in my opinion, means Bark is looking out for their bottom line & simplifying accounting procedures more so than it is a fairness for professionals.

Absolutely no redeming factors of working with Bark.com

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

1) A high percentage of requests on the platform are fake, and demonstrably so. Just one recent example: A lead from "Dewand Neely" (CIO at MGT) was sent on Tue 12/2/2025 at 6:44 AM. Do you think someone with 19 years of IT experience is going to submit a request on Bark for VOIP? I'm sure he knows where to get it himself. The next "lead" that came through was from “Cody Smith,” a highly dubious request.

2) Bark states that it has "automated systems" that prevent these fake requests, but they obviously aren't advanced enough. There are MANY ways to prevent these types of obviously fake requests (IP rate limiting, browser fingerprinting, request verification, etc.), but why would they want to lose their money-making scheme?

3) I have tried the "guaranteed hired" packs, but I have not gotten hired, and they do nothing about it. I purchased a final credit pack on promotion, and they are refusing to refund it, despite the obvious evidence of fraud.

If you are a serious business and don't want to waste your marketing budget, AVOID BARK.COM!

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

Bark needs to tell potential leads upfront, that by filling out the form they don’t get quick estimates, they get real professionals who purchase the lead to communicate and to make an appointment and then provide estimates. Many leads get disappointed when they don’t obtain quote right after they submit the form, and instead getting contacted by real people-those leads don’t even pick up the phone, or answer emails/texts. Because they were misled by poor advertisement that they get answers as soon as they fill out forms.

Also, the new terms that require us use our credits within 3 months is making things worse: we are pushed to purchase almost every lead to not lose our credits within, with filtering quality of our leads.

Finding potential clients, all though, its getting harder and harder to get real deal quality clients through Bark.

Lead generation is one of the most valuable tools small businesses have to consistently source new clients, both within the local community and in areas beyond their immediate location. Bark.com makes that process straightforward and accessible. I especially appreciate how, once a lead is purchased, the platform provides clear and direct contact details, including email information, which allows me to quickly connect, follow up, and convert opportunities into real business.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

Bark has developed a significant downside over time. As professionals, we’re required to purchase credits and then spend those credits to unlock leads, which adds up quickly. Unfortunately, many of the leads I’ve paid for have turned out to be spam, phishing attempts, or low-quality inquiries. It’s frustrating to spend money just to then waste additional time trying to determine whether a lead is legitimate. When you’re paying per opportunity, you shouldn’t also have to act as the gatekeeper for fraud.

Bark would greatly benefit from a stronger vetting or verification process, ideally through a dedicated team that filters and validates leads before they ever reach professionals. While there is a credit refund process, it feels inconsistent and could be much more streamlined and reliable. Another improvement could be requiring leads to pay a small partial fee when submitting a request. Even a modest commitment would create accountability, reduce spam, and ensure the people reaching out are serious about hiring services.

Bark is solving the challenge of connecting professionals with customers who actively need services. For me, it has significantly reduced the time and effort I would normally spend attending in-person networking events or chasing referrals. Instead, I can browse opportunities, inquire about leads, and connect with potential clients directly from home. The platform essentially functions as a virtual networking and lead-generation tool, making it easier and more efficient to consistently find new business without disrupting my schedule.

I appreciate that Bark.com makes it really easy for me to just wait around until someone shows up, providing quite a bit of leads throughout the day and week that I can bid on and reach out to. It expedites some of the marketing and finds people interested in my ability to help them, which saves a lot of the time I'd usually spend on social media or other marketing activities. I also like how Bark.com helps with a clear channel for my marketing budget, giving me a clear understanding of how much I'm spending, and it usually pays off with people signing up. The initial setup was very easy, like a step one, two, three, four process, and it makes it quick to get on the platform and actually sign a client up.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

I would like it if they could vet the leads a little bit more on the front end. Sometimes, I'll get a phone number that just doesn't work. Or the person is unresponsive. I know they can't control whoever comes onto their platform, but if they could put some things in the beginning process to help buffer and shield the professionals that are using the platform to connect with their customers, then their new people, that would be super helpful to make things a lot more effective and efficient and less waste of time and money.

Bark.com helps me find people needing help with nutrition and fitness by simplifying the marketing process and providing a steady stream of leads. It's convenient with notifications and connects me quickly with potential customers, saving me time on marketing activities.

I love how great and friendly the people at Bark.com are. They really listen intently and offer solutions to complicated problems. Their service is exceptional and I appreciate that they take the time to dig deep. I also appreciate the great value the service provides. Additionally, the paid in advance service is quite useful as it provides many leads each month, which has reduced my need to market through multiple social media platforms.

I believe that the verification process of people that call tends to be a problem. It surprisingly involves a lot of scam people leaving fake information or trying to take advantage of the coach or the Bark.com system.

I like that Bark.com is easy to use. I find it useful that I can contact prospective customers directly from the notification email. These features make managing leads for architectural services more convenient for me.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

Bark takes expires your credits, prior to providing enough good leads to use them, which is ILLEGAL in the State of Illinois (and others)! Also, the lead form that the customer must be filling is limited. And it doesn't really allow proper information. For instance, they could describe better the type of project instead of choosing irrelevant choices from a menu.

If Bark doesn't steal the credits back from us, they might help us access customers who might need our architectural services, making it easy to use and contact prospective customers directly from notification emails

Bark allows us to select multiple locations and list our services.
They also issue refund if the leads are fake, spam that is something I really value.

They need to improve their algorithm to allow variety of leads.
For example I offer Real Estate, Products, Aerial, Corporate, Wedding photo video services, but if I respond to Wedding Video lead, immediately I will get more multiple Wedding Video leads, not other leads (Real Estate/Property), Corporate, etc.

**What do you like best about Bark.com?**

Bark can reach new customers, but they often aren't solid leads. Sometimes, the ads are people confused about the hiring process or with huge expectations and little pay. There's not really a vetting process for buyers, which can be frustrating, especially because you must buy credits to communicate with buyers about projects.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

There's no real vetting process that goes on with this website. Customers in the white collar category are not usually solid leads. There could be a better way to get real buyers, but the app doesn't seem to want to put any additional effort in.It's easy to use but finding legitimate leads is difficult.

You can search in different categories and sign up for leads. It's just not the best place for freelancers. I have a feeling that it works better for handymen and dog walkers. (Hence the name  NBark)

**What problems is Bark.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bark is a newer, different place to find leads for freelance writing and SEO. There's actually a bit of creative work over there. I need to honestly try to search for more work here.  Wading through leads can be frustrating, but it is still a place to find clients.

Lack of honesty, transparent, Rude, not caring customer service. I think they should stay in the UK only with the fake business.

I found the leads provided by Bark.com to be likely fraudulent and fake, which is very frustrating as a professional DJ who relies on authentic connections for my business. I called the company several times to address this issue, but they were unresponsive and unwilling to refund or even listen to the DJs. This lack of customer service is disappointing. Furthermore, the phone numbers provided were often incorrect, or the people were not genuinely seeking a DJ, reflecting a waste of resources. Even after repeated feedback to Bark.com, there was no improvement in service quality. Additionally, some interactions with their staff were unpleasant, as they were unwilling to reconsider their policies about refunds for bad leads. This lack of honesty and value received for the money paid has led me to the decision to never advertise with them again.

I find Bark.com's return credit policy very beneficial. When a lead turns out to be bad or invalid, their policy ensures that I can reclaim credits efficiently, which helps to mitigate losses from non-valuable leads. Even though they have shifted the process from phone-based to form-based, the policy itself remains a redeeming feature. The convenience this policy offers makes a significant difference when dealing with numerous leads. Additionally, I appreciate that setting up Bark.com was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition from the previous tool I was using, Agency Access. These aspects make Bark.com a valuable tool in finding clients seeking my services.

I like being able to look at leads daily. 
I like seeing details of the lead to qualify the lead.
Seeing how much I am paying to contact the customer.
I had some confusion about how the service worked in the beginning, and the customer service person helped me, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

To the person looking at this review. Please disregard the last page. I did not understand how to use it so I just rated everything "1" -- sorry about that but you didn't provide any info and also no space for me to write a note about my confusion. 

There were not enough leads in my area. I am rural, but have a wide circumference of where I will work. Most of the leads were from the large metro area at the edge of my service area. Understandable. 
Also, I am not sure what clients think is the going rate for the type of photography they are needing. Do you educate them on your end? Unknown. Most clients I interacted with didn't seem to understand how family or senior photography as a service works.
The other thing I disliked was that I spent $200+ for leads and got one job out of it. Yes, it covered the cost, but that job is ending up to be a loss after expenses. Not good business for me.
Why are some leads more expensive than others? I can't see a pattern. It is helpful as a cost up front to know that, and helps me in creating proposals.

As with any business, getting sales leads is  part of the process. I like that Bark can do this for me.

Nothing. Shifty dishonest company. Criminal enterprise.

They are criminals. They added my company to their website, without my permission. Illegal. Emailed me fake leads without asking. Illegal. Started spamming me with fake leads that of course never respond to any of my email because they are fake. Crooks. Period. Report this criminal company to ensure they are visited by the police.

Nothing. It solves nothing and only creates problems and takes your money. Literally negative help. There is a reason they're not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and others and being investigated.

Very reasonable prices for warm qualified leads! I always buy the credits @their 1/2 price sales so it's an even better deal. Have found many customers based on my requirements. They are super attentive and always willing to refund credits when there is an issue. Their customer service is superb!

I have found zero downsides from Bark! Nothing at all to report.

Again, I have found no problems with them whatsoever anymore. They fixed an old issue with incorrect phone #s being entered. They have been verifying phone numbers for quite a while now.

Not at all. Bark doesn't help me as a freelancer at all. In the end, it just takes money out of your pocket.

Here, you only gain customers if you have no standards. Low-budget usually doesn't bring anything to the customer either. I cannot recommend it.

I can only speak for the German space for designers, and there the leads are straight up terrible.
Usually the only information for a project is "website" or "flyer". No details, no budget, no infos about the client.
And then bark.com expects you to throw 25-50 Euros into their face to get the contact infos. And if you're lucky, they work.
Then you can find out, that you just spend 50 Euros to get the contact to a random dude, who wants a complete SaaS platform website plus coding for 20 Euros.

Of course your credits are gone then and bark.com doesn't care.

A good idea – really poorly executed.

Most leads are useless. Either the prospects signed up by mistake, are financially strapped beyond their budget, or maybe plan to take action in the distant future. Perhaps beginners in the profession actually have a chance to catch a project through bark.com, but only at an amateur level. The €150 for my test account was a bad investment, even after the reset (the provider's guarantee promise) nothing came of it – just 2 vague prospects for a project in 2026. Everything is sh*t, too expensive, a child's birthday party, absolutely not recommended!

Are you kidding, there is little to like.   Apparently it's a great place to work but the staff need to realise they are getting paid on the backs of smaller businesses who are simply getting conned in my personal opinion.  If you work for bark you are part of the problem.

The whole system is setup to make bark.com money which in itself isn't that bad but the amount of wasteful information becomes pointless.  The system simply asks basic level questions without leaving key details such as BUDGET for example.    The purchase of a lead usually leads into nothing.   

I can safely tell you that I have only ever had 2 leads work from this and the 100s from this and previous accounts have been pointless, lack of information.   

There is plenty alternatives to this app, for example Addtoevent.co.uk  is better and more reasonable platform.   Their adverts are also giving a unrealistic  representation of costs of services

I signed up for Bark.com, hoping to connect with potential clients who were actively seeking my services. What I got instead was a complete waste of time and money. After purchasing 18 leads, here’s what happened:

One person booked a call—only to cancel almost immediately, claiming they “found someone else” within 24 hours. That’s suspiciously fast.
Two people texted me back, but again, same story: “already found someone.”
Fifteen leads? Absolutely dead. No responses, no engagement, nothing. One email even bounced as undeliverable—why is Bark charging for leads that haven’t even been email-verified?

Bark does not require businesses to provide legitimate information like a company email, name, or website, making it impossible to vet these so-called leads before purchasing. If I’m paying premium prices for these contacts, why is Bark making it so difficult to determine if they’re real?

At this point, I strongly suspect Bark is manufacturing fake leads to keep people spending money. The lack of transparency, high costs, and near-zero return make it feel like a blatant scam. I have a few more lead credits left, but after that, I’m done.

If you value your time and money, do not waste it on Bark.com.

We consistently need to request credit for bad leads and their answering system even has an option for reporting bad leads because it's so common. Lead quality ranges from no answer, to being told they didn't post on Bark and to stop contacting them, to the lead actually looking for a job. Overall it's been a poor enough experience for me to make the effort to find where I can provide a negative review of our experience.

Their solution to my complaint was to spend more money. No.....

I managed to pull a list of who else is using the platform as a "pro" and many of the users were operating fraudulently without license and insurance as there is no vetting for EITHER side.

When i get ahold of someone and find out they are not a valid lead bark refuses to except a recorded phone call in any way while still demanding proof.

Most leads are manufactured. Interestingly, when credits for leads run out, the leads in Bark increase markedly, making you think you are missing out on opportunities. This is just a scam, though. The leads aren't real. They are manufactured to make you want to re-purchase credits. They are also unethical in regard to how they charge. I explicitly set my account up to not purchase credits without my explicit authorization. They ignored my setting and charged me for credits anyways when I went to purchase a lead that required more credits than I had. Instead of the purchase not going through, they allowed it by charging my account even though I had it set up to not do so.

It didn't solve a thing. It caused me to waste time and money, believing that they were providing a legit service. They aren't.

Absolutely NOTHING at all. If anything I will caution everyone against it.

Their starter pack offer where a new business takes no risk with the credit return guarantee is not available if purchased from the app. 

My experience was a purchase from the app of $63.99 gave me only 20 credits, whereas the starter pack offer offered 70 credits for just ₹2150 aprox. I was sent emails about which went into my spam. 

Now my 20 credits resulted in 4 leads, none of which lead to a purchase. When I contacted the customer care about the un informed purchase I made they were completely unwilling to make any allowances. No return of credits or refund, but tried selling the starter pack to me yet again. 

To put this in perspective, me as a customer already made my 1st purchase for almost ₹3400 and received only a little over 1/4th the product (70 credits vs 20 credits) and with no return credit guarantee. 

I am completely appalled at the lack of integrity a company can show in robbing new customers off their hard earned money even though they had every opportunity to change the outcome for the client. A simple partial refund and extra credit could have resulted in actual business for me and them. 

Disgruntled, dissatisfied and disillusioned Bark customer.

Unfortunately for Bark, there is nothing i like about it. Even customer support wasnt good, they seemed hesitant on refunding me credits with the 'Get Hired Guaranteed' policy they have.

I believe this is a scam company and by reading other reviews on this site, seems like other people feel the same way. Wish i read them before purchasing credits.

I would see multiple leads that have the exact same project details. It feels like they create their own leads and recycle these project details. I mean if youre running a scam company, at least dont make it obvious?

These leads NEVER respond to call, text or email, and if they respond its either a wrong number, they didnt even post an ad on Bark they were browsing, or they already had the job done months ago. This is frustrating because I am wasting time on doing this crap with Bark when I can go out myself generate more leads.

How are they actually veriying phone numbers when there is no voicemail attached to some of these? AND most of the voicemails are full too.

There was one instance where I went to call a client, they never responded and there was no voicemail. It was a weird area code as well (Not from anywhere where im from), so i decided to invesitage it and the number comes from ANOTHER DAMN COUNTRY. 

This is honestly outrageous and I advise people to stay away from this company with a 100ft pole. They are not to be trusted, and not to be viewed as a legit company.

All these good reviews seem to be them creating it because its always short and brief and then their response to them is a Novel vs the response unsatisfied people get...hint, its not a novel and its the same recycled lines.

Unhappy, will never use this platform again, and will advise anyone to stay away from it!!!! Save your time, money and SANITY!!!!

Nothing at all. I thought this would be helpful in acquiring clients who were looking for life coaches, instead nothing happened.

Where do I begin? The leads I received, I don't believe are real. There are so many people desperate for life coaching that no one responds to your requests?

It does not make any sense at all. 

I was on Bark for a few days when I got an email for a discounted rate of $90, so I decided okay, how much can that hurt me? Nothing but a loss of $90 plus about 10 credits left - clearly not enough for anyone requesting services.
Also, what is the deal with people asking to spend a higher credit amount when not one coach with common sense would respond if they knew the person was being absolutely serious? So are we made to believe the person asking you to spend 17 credits as opposed to the one asking for 10 credits is more serious about their journey?

It is clear this is where the run around begins when Bark keeps asking you to spend more money on credits towards leads that are fictitious and who knows where the emails are going.

Of course, they don't want to refund the $90 I spent, claiming they don't return funds. Funny because the offer is if you spend money and don't gain any clients, they return your money. 

Every now and then, I will get away from having to spend money on BS sites or other retail businesses selling shady products, but it's also clear I didn't do enough research upon spending the $90 which I plan on refuting with my credit card company. Once the money is returned, I will ask them to delete my account, as I don't even see a choice to delete your account and no reason to continue to keep a profile on there, when there’s no one who’s really signed up looking for help. Reminds me of another site (initials AM), which no longer exist who did the same exact thing. 
It saddens me when someone has a great idea but decides it's easier to rip people off then actually being a viable business to business in helping others succeed.

When it comes to any site, especially business to business, please do extensive research. It is clear Bark tries to hide these sites on a search engine with other fictitious sites offering, “valued reviews” when they are also just as fake as the leads they offer. 

If you are a business owner and found this site, lucky you. Take it from everyone who has offered their own experience, DO NOT use Bark under any circumstances. Save your money and find other means through advertising. Yes, it’s expensive but probably well worth the money.

Nothing to like here. It is a platform full of lies and deceit.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

This is an outrageous scam on both the client and the proffessional side. They sent me a free "high-quality" lead, which after contacting told me they placed the advert over a year ago and they keep getting unsolicited quotes since then. 

I have never signed up, Bark.com took my details from my Google Business profile and is pawning my business as a legit listed freelancer on their platform. 

Since I replyed, I get inuandated with "lead" emails once every 2 minutes, and theyr representatives keep getting in touch with me about "satisfaction guaranteed" promotional packages. They charge £30/lead!!! only to then discover that the leads are never replying as they are as real as the sky is green!

I have no doubt that all theyr 5-star "reviews" are self-generated. 

I am honestly shocked they got away with this scam for so long. 

Do yourself a favour, and take the £300!!! they ask you for the introductory package alone, which will only give you 10 of their "high-quality" DEAD leads, and spend that on Google advertising. 

Honestly, a trully disgusting practice. 

And forget about the "satisfaction guarantee", after reading other people's experience, you will NEVER get your money back.

Bark.com is solving NO problem, and it has wasted my time, spammed my inbox and is using my credentials for their own benefit WITHOUT my permision.

We offer a first lead for free for our service, however if the business is not interested, they can always click the unsubscribe button at any time to stop emails being received. Our marketing team finds email addresses for businesses from their websites, and this is information that is in the public domain.

If you chose to respond to the customers, you will have created an account on the platform, however if you want this account deleted at any stage, you can always request this via email at team@bark.com, or via our 24/7 customer experience team who will assist over the phone.

All of our pricing is set based on the monetary value of the job as well as the heat of the lead. Nothing , very misleading, only good thing is the customer service being 24/7

Unfortunately as a starting business and hearing a lot about this and the details online that we were guaranteed job through bark , we bough credit and got in contact with clients , about 4 was people looking for work rather than services which was credit wasted , and all the people we got in contact with , never replied or even being the first to respond to the add they would say they no longer needed service. Total scam don’t fall for it , it was money thrown in the bin because we didn’t get 1 successful lead out of about 20 contacted. 

We’ve called , emailed and WhatsApp messaged but nothing . Stay away from this is you care about your money as it is all fake advertisement

Also they advertised a discount of £70 something but ended up charging over £90

Bark.com is a waste of money and has no value in supplying leads.

I bought a lead pack for $96 to try Bark.com. I purchased 9 leads with my credits. Of the 9 leads, 2 of the "verified" numbers were disconnected, 2 never answered the phone, and 5 had zero idea about why I was calling and said they had never inquired about the service I provide. When I contacted the company they offered me extra credits to satisfy their "guarantee". The only guarantee I got is that their leads are crappy. When I complained on FB they blocked me. Don't waste your money.

They are polite.
They will take your money and promise good referrals, but nohting will come from the exchange because Bark.com does not vet their Referrals!  Bark.com does not communicate to any their referrals or verify the identity of any of their Referrals, so the referrals do not list their full name or their full contact information..  When I did contact #10- of the Referrals, #8- Referrals never picked up or return a call-text or email... The two Referrals that I did speak with, neither had any  concept of the cost or proceedure to do a Garage Convertion! I explained the pros & cons and cost and schedule, but neither could afford the project!

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

Bark.com has no guarantee of Servicess or any kind of money back exchange!
Honestly, for contractors and handyman, Bark.com are Skam Artists!

Bark.com was efficient and polit to take $160, but they were unable to refer a legit refrral, and I wasted my time and money on this effort!

Ease of use and volume of leads are the only two things that we liked about Bark.

**What do you dislike about Bark.com?**

One of our recent experiences with Bark.com has left us feeling deeply disappointed. Our Bark pro profile, "The Suitch" was closed on March 15th without any notice. This was very upsetting for us, especially in the context of the circumstances that resulted in it. 

At first, we were supposed to have a meeting with our account representative, Tom, to discuss our plan to grow and the ways we could generate more leads with Bark. Unfortunately, Tom had Covid, and we had to reschedule. We had to deal with the problem of time zone difference synchronization and this missed meeting was the only reason they gave us for suspending our account. 

Besides, the ground team from Bark in US indicated their skepticisms about app development companies, which could be fraud. We were shocked by this statement and even more so by the lack of any evident provided and also by the absence of any chance offered for us to explain or defend our business. 

Our effort to  demonstrate our credibility by using client testimonials, reviews that were verified, and financial documents were in vain as we received no response. This failure to communicate has been so frustrating and disappointing. 

It has been a problem for us to see the bark.com like a service which we have expected to be a support, turning against us and making our operations look unreliable without a proper discussion or negotiation. As we are still available to answer any queries to demonstrate the authenticity and resolve this matter, but their reluctance to reconsider the decision is disappointing. 

Bark.com, with our experience, we highly recommend other businesses to be cautious. The unexpected termination of our account and the disappointing customer service experienced throughout this process have made us realize that this is not a reliable platform for business growth

Nothing. I dont recommned using Bark if anyone is looking for leads.

All the leads looks like spam. no response from any of the leads sent to me. I've had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bark, much like many others it seems. I've poured a lot of money into buying job leads, always quick to respond, only to find that the contact information is often incorrect or leads nowhere. It's frustrating to constantly dial wrong numbers or reach people who were merely browsing and didn't intend to become a lead.

It feels like a bit of a scam, honestly. When I take a break from buying leads, suddenly perfect matches pop up, tempting me to spend more. Yet, these too often turn out to be dead ends with fake or unresponsive contacts. It's like throwing money into a black hole.

The lack of customer support only adds insult to injury. There's no straightforward way to report these issues or get help. It's left me feeling cheated and contemplating seeking legal advice. I'm starting to think Bark might be exploiting small businesses like mine, offering false hope with little to no oversight. If you've had a similar experience, I'd be keen to connect and possibly gather evidence to challenge their practices. This company's lack of regulation and transparency is alarming, and it seems designed to take advantage of small businesses desperate for work.
