It easily helps create animated social media posts and ads. Once you get the hang of it from watching a few tutorials on YouTube it is easy to get going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not truly a dislike, as I understand that BannerBoo is newer, but a few more specialized templates, specifically for authors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BannerBoo saves me time. I can generate an animated ad faster than using a combination of other more powerful tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is limited in what it can do, but they focus on a couple things and do them well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Used a few pieces of software like this and this is the easiest but with great features also. Banners can be used for all ppc needs and with great effects also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could do with more scroll stopping dynamic ads but that's coming which is good. Also an ability to maybe post directly to channels would be a good feature in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to create banners and export them to a usable format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When converting to HTML5 banners the logo has a signigicant drop in quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is great, easy to use and has lots of templates to work with. Support from Bannerboo was great and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be nice if it rendered a little better on a phone, but i guess is can be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upsides are its ease of use, which is second to none. I have tried many others but none are as simple in use as this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel some options need a little more explanation, especially on export. Also saving did not always save the lastest version when exporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bannerboo is a program I used for years. It is showing its age. The templates are a little dated and it doesn't make dynamic ads. Google no longer prefers static or HTML5 ads. It is good for some other ad distribution networks that still use static image formats and html5 ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very difficult to sort the templates or filter them in any plausible way. The editing interface is very dated in comparison to other systems. It also doesn't make it easy to rapidly prototype or set brand settings that would allow you to speed up workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
