**What do you like best about Bandwidth?**

I mostly work with the number porting team and they are so helpful and will work through any problem big or small. They are very patient and through in their work.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

The BW portal could use some improvement it is sluggish and frustrating at times

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a hosted Voice company and we user Bandwidth as out carrier to port all of our customers on and this has aided in increasing our market share and customer satisfaction

**What do you like best about Bandwidth?**

I like their quick response and solution to the problems.  They have great pricing and products that are better than expectation.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

Other than the occasional billing issues, I am very satisfied.  

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bandwidth for US inbound numbers, termination services and SMS.  It's seamless process to order and implement.  Portals are great but there's always room for improvement.

Love the portal to port numbers.  Very simple to use. 

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

Can't pull CSRs.  It would be nice if we had a way to pull CSR or if CSR are pulled automatically for number.  Would also love a way to make a change to a port request without having to cancel the entire order. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bandwidth:**

per my previous statement, the CSR would be helpful and the ability to pull it would be great.

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bandwith is our carrier and are responsible for most of our customer's numbers.  Our business is in their hands.

I like that there is a team of experienced professionals that are willing to help whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

Sometimes it is difficult to get an agent on the phone when the call volume is heavy.  There is no option to stay on hold because eventually the system sends you to voicemail.

Resolving rejections in porting from the losing carriers.

I find that Kerry and the support team at Bandwidth to be most helpful and really seem to care about resolving any issues we may be experiencing.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

So far the only issue I have come across is that when I have multiple numbers to release, I cannot do them in bulk, each number needs to be done individually, also the same for feature requests.

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have found Bandwidth to be more cost effective for us.  The E911 options is especially beneficial, and is working out great for us.

porting numbers using Bandwidth.com, applying for new numbers and 911.  
Benefit, was realizing how many numbers were not updated with proper 911 address, API issue.  But was resolved in quick fashion.

We use bandwidth as a wholesale provider of A-Z termination of LD.  Bandwidths ability to work with us quickly and provide new trunking solutions with little to no issues for our customer base is a huge benefit.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

There really isn't anything to dislike the technicians are knowledgeable and make turnup of SIP trunking quick and easy.

We are tasked with providing good value to customers at a great price.  Bandwidth offers us quick solutions to provide that to customers without the hassle of long delays in implementation.

I like the layout of the dashboard and how I can generally get someone on the phone quickly if I call in

I don't like the separation of the dashboard and the support page.

It makes it very straight forward on how to order and port over numbers.  If I am ever having trouble, Kerry Skinner is quick to help.

Bandwidth's porting department is always quick to help with any situation.  They are always kind and professional  while doing so.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

When you put in a ticket for directory listing, it takes a while for someone to answer your question.   This department does not seem to be as efficient as the porting department.

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bandwidth provides a large footprint of service for us to provide to our customers with great service.  The new portal is great for ordering and disconnecting numbers, etc.

The web interface that was implemented last year was a drastic improvement to the previous interface.  

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

I don't like that once a port request is submitted, the user has to to back and add the documents (invoice, LOA, etc.).  Adding these documents should all be done BEFORE the user hits the submit button.

**Recommendations to others considering Bandwidth:**

I echo the sentiments of another reviewer.  When doing an implementation or project port, get one technical Bandwidth team member as your point of contact.  Having multiple people involved make the process convoluted.

The benefits are a more streamlined process to assist our customers.

I love that they are willing to help us not only resolve problems, but also understand why they happened. They are always willing to help escalate if needed.

Getting number inventory in certain areas can be challenging.

We are working on integrating our internal software with Bandwidth to streamline our porting submission and number ordering process. I think this will greatly increase our efficiency as a team.

Our Business hours do not match up and it can make things difficult some times.

Porting can be a nightmare as we all know. When we are working with Bandwidth they will do everything they can to assist you in this process and Kerry Skinner is an amazing contact for us as well.

An issue that required an assist from BandWidth was resolved in very short order. Their turn around was excellent and reaching them was simple, easy, online.

I have not found a thing to dislike about BandWidth at this time.

I dislike that there are a lot of personal changes in the "port in" department. I also dislike that we have to call the port in department for updates/requests.

Bandwidth helps me with CSR information to help clear rejections. Kerry helps us with any escalations we have.

Bandwidth and I had a rough start, Bandwidth is a vendor for my company and there where issues at first.   We where assigned a project manager that assisted with resolving our issues.  After 8 months we are issue free in my department.  Their website is easy to maneuver in and requests are normally processed very quickly. 

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

I would like to have the ability to set a disconnect date in the web portal, instead of holding my disco orders until the disconnect date.  I would like to see Bandwidth explore complex captions, today we are limited to 1 straight-line main.  I would also like to see the import (file upload) feature work for my team.

**Recommendations to others considering Bandwidth:**

If considering using Bandwidth as a vendor request a project manager form the beginning and test every possible scenario you may run into.

Bandwidth has provided outstanding customer service through the years. Each BW teammate, Lee, Hull, Linda Simms; Aaron, Kerry (to mention a few) have never failed to shine with their customer care and quality service.

I used to not like opening a ticket for each inquiry but It is nice having an electronic log of Q & A's.

APIs should be implemented wherever possible.

Bandwidth was brought on as an alternative PSTN vendor.

Very good communication, the Bandwidth portal is simple to use. You have almost all what you need.

Bandwidth have very simple tool for numbers ordering and user friendly interface. The telephone numbers start working as soon as they ordered via Portal. You can simply configure number forwarding at any time or change CNAM record. You can order TF numbers and porting from other carriers.

Their Reps know what they are doing and try to help out in all they can and give me understanding on things and processes I don't know.

They don't have strict procedures for allowing numbers to port out.

Support is generally very quick to respond to questions and address problems.

**What do you dislike about Bandwidth?**

Some of the provisioning is hokey. There are fields in the portal that do nothing and in fact should not be filled out at all, instead you need to open a case with support.

**What problems is Bandwidth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a level of service comparable to our "tier 1" providers at a fraction of the cost, with (generally) better support

Working with their VOIP interconnect Engineer Alex Mitchell was a great experience, he responded every question promptly and satisfactory.

This is my first experience working with bandwidth.com and so far there is nothing that I could complain about.

The support I received from Bandwidth.com was great. Phone wait time was very quick and knowledgeable people were ready to answer my questions.

Multiple APIs that do the same or similar things but are incompatible with each other. Non unified platform.

Nothing really much.  Since I have to have 40 characters, their web interface is a little wonky with IE but they are working on it.

Inbound and outbound VoIP traffic.

The price is nice and it also allows for me to forward to a cellphone pretty quickly.

I have to wait for them to undo a forwarding because a 10 digit forwarding isn't something comon.
