BaobooHR is so responsive! Love that I can send Support an email and know I don't have to follow-up for a response. The platform is also very easy to implement and use. Training staff to use use it is also very easy easy with the Help Centre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the customer service of BambooHR is amazing. Every time I call them the wait time is only ~5 minutes and they are always very friendly. The platform is also very easy to navigate. It's very easy to know where to go for everything, and if I ever don't know what to do, I always call customer service and they help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple limitations in BambooHR. First, for offboarding tasks, there is no way to send certain tasks to voluntary terminations and other tasks to involuntary terminations. I think it would make a lot of sense that you would be able to give only certain tasks to voluntary terminations and involuntary terminations. Another limitation is the signatures. You're able to request a signature on someone's profile, but you're unable to view all of the signatures that you have requested unless you go to Files -> Report. I've been using BambooHR for quite some time now. I love how it is very accessible. It can be web-based, and they even have an application that I can download to my phone. Our company uses this for information related to the employees, like the department that they are a part of, the organizational chart, important links, or details regarding the company, and celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries. But the thing that I love the most with BambooHR is that it integrates with Reachdesk, which for someone who uses Reachdesk frequently is very convenient. I can just type in the name of my colleague, and other details will be filled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the employee´s information is in one place, always accesible. It is aesy to keep transparency for employees about their employment history.
They can always access to their information, documents, company announcements and policies.
For admins it is great to be able to manage the whole employee cycle in one place, from hire to retire, including payroll and special incidences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Bamboo, we were stuck in "old business" mode and had one system for our timeclock, then another for requesting time off. Hiring, new employee onboarding, benefits administration/enrollment, training, and performance reviews were completely manual, prone to errors, and inaccessible by employees. With Bamboo, we can take care of all of this in one singular place and employees can review all of their information easily. Our employees use it frequently, and always talk about how user-friendly it is. Setting it up took very little time. It was able to be implemented and integrated easily and quickly. BambooHR still seems like a relatively new software that is growing out core functionality. There are several simple things that are beyond its abilities. In addition, several of its special features (e.g., goal tracking) are quite rudimentary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BambooHR's customer service is way more responsive and personable than any other payroll/HR system that I have used, and I have used 8-9 and am very excperienced in different systems. The reminders, checklists, and overall look are pretty nice and easy to use too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the payroll reporting pulling is not very easy/intuitive and only being able to download reports or W2s one at at time vs being able to pull all at once is inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BambooHR has taken the ache out of the HRIS system and created a tool that it much easier to use on the daily. It is easy to input and find data and there is enough customization to specify it to your team. As well, the Customer Service team has been fantastic at getting back to me as we go through our implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation was a bit rushed (I wish we could customize the time frame). As well, the system is quite American - I wish there was a degree of customization allowed with Canadian systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
