What I like best about BambooHR is its clean and intuitive user interface. It's easy to find employee information, company documents, and organizational details without having to navigate through multiple systems. I also appreciate the integration with our learning management system (Absorb), which helps streamline onboarding and training by automatically keeping employee information in sync. From an employee perspective, onboarding was straightforward and the platform was easy to learn with very little guidance. While I don't have visibility into pricing, the time saved through automation and self-service likely provides good value for the organization. I like that Bamboo HR connects with various integrations across my company. It makes it easy for me to see who’s out on PTO, for example, and to access other areas of the business when needed. With BambooHR, I don’t like that the default view for checking how much vacation time I have left is shown in hours and broken down by month. For me, it would be much more helpful if it were an aggregate view that shows how many days of annual leave or PTO I have available for the year. Right now, Bamboo HR mainly benefits me by giving me a global view of my team. It’s especially helpful when I need to see who’s offline now and who will be offline in the future, so I can plan and prepare ahead of time. The GUI and navigation is really simple in BambooHR and when I used Bamboo HR for first time I was surprised by its simplicity. There was no need for any training as a new associate using it. And there were integration to sync leave/appraisal and all other HR data to other platforms. So I never had to worry about data not being in sync across platforms. BambooHR is solving the challenge of managing people data and HR processes in a simple, centralized, and easy-to-use system. It has helped us streamline employee record management, onboarding workflows, approvals, reporting, and leave tracking without requiring significant administrative effort. The biggest benefit is efficiency. Our team spends less time navigating complex systems or manually compiling information and more time focusing on strategic people initiatives and supporting employees. I like that BambooHR keeps all the job listings in one place, which saves me the hassle of having to visit multiple websites to apply for jobs. It's a lot like having an all-in-one information bank. The system keeps my information in its database, making it super easy to apply to multiple jobs quickly without having to log into different websites repeatedly. Sometimes your automated emails can be a bit annoying because when I'm applying for the job, I get an automated email right afterwards. It becomes like a spam of a bunch of jobs. BambooHR has been very easy to use, and I have not experienced any major issues with the platform.
