The calendar view showing who’s off across the month helps with planning holiday requests and deciding when it’s best to take time off around the business’s needs. It’s also very easy to log in from a mobile phone, so when I’m on the move, requests can be approved quickly. Having a mobile app integrated is a good addition, and I find it performs more seamlessly there as well. In a labour market and corporate environment where flexiwork/remote work is almost the norm for many companies, I find it inconvenient that the platform doesn’t allow me to create a work-from-home schedule. Instead, I have to rely on manual entry using a custom table, rather than having an automated feature where I can import a dataset and have the status “WFH” reflected for the employee. I appreciate how I can request PTO, vacation, or sick leave without the hassle of having to do paperwork or go into the office, and I can do it all remotely. I like being able to view my company's employee directory and contact coworkers, sign work documents electronically, and see my pay information or tax documents all in one spot. We have easy access and storage for documents We are able to manage contractors and employees in the same place Getting annual signatures on documents is a breeze and they are then already filed, no emails and scanning and uploading anymore! Employee Satisfaction is a great tool to stay in touch with all of our staff to make sure that there is open communication on all levels. Employee Wellness is new and so impactful Reporting is easy to set up and use We are able to complete onboarding with ease through the system Performance Management is so much better than the old way of spending hours and hours writing reviews. I use BambooHR for my HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, communication, and eNPS. It makes it easy to keep all of our information in one place, process payroll, and handle benefits enrollment, which makes the day to day work of HR much easier. The platform is very customizable and user friendly. I am able to create fields to capture the data I want to help my organization. The customer service can't be beat, they are always available to quickly solve any problem I may have. It also integrates easily with other platforms like recognition and insurance. As an intern, I can easily find the information, training resources, and employee-related sections I need without having to spend much time figuring out the system. Some features can take a little time to locate when using the platform for the first time. The experience could also be improved with a more personalized dashboard for interns and new employees.
