Setting up the access levels for users isn't as easy as it could be. A lot of the features are locked down to admins, but some of the users we want to have access to certain information shouldn't have full access. This leads to frustration when trying to decide if it's easier/better to give users full access or have them reach out to an admin to have them do a task instead. Specifically, the certifications tab for employees. Our Safety Specialist can update certs for employees, but she can't add new types of certs since she's not a full admin. There are so many great features and the ease of these features for our employees makes Bamboo worth every penny. Requesting time off, posting to the employee community, updating employee records, checking the time off calendar, the employee directory, and document signing/storage are just the tip of the iceberg.
