What do you like best about Bamboo?

What do you like best about Bamboo?

Their team is the best, from the moment they cold-called me, my gut feelings told me that these guys know what they are doing. So I gave them a chance, and actually a week later, I am using bamboo trace and sales and not looking back at flourish (which by the way, is an awful software, and awful company). What do you like best about Bamboo?

The entire compliance thing in new york has been a disaster. ocm, biotrack, and now metric, totally disaster, but thank god for bamboo. we found them through google, and this website, and holy moly, their team saved us. everything from day 1, they guided us, it was pretty confusing to start, but their team walked us through everything, and made sure we were setup for success with traceability and metric compliance. sorry metrc. not only is bamboo's compliance software amazing, and easy to use. the cherry on top is the sales crm, their smart cart ai thing for sales menus is beloved by our dispensary clients. thank you bamboo! What do you dislike about Bamboo?

the only thing that i would recommend, i'm not sure if it's possible, it seems like some tasks can still only be done in metrc. bamboo states this is a metrc limitation, so i'm sure it is, hoping for new york to get their act together soon. either way, pleased with that we found bamboo, not pleased with ocm or the state of new york, but it is what it is. What do you like best about Bamboo?

I really appreciate Bamboo's seed-to-sale and compliance capabilities, especially with their Bamboo Trace application, which is the best in terms of compliance. The customer service is fantastic, significantly better than other companies we've worked with like Flourish and Distru. Their CRM, Bamboo Sales, is top-notch and tailored for our industry. I love how their CSM team treats us like royalty even though we're a small/medium company. The Smart Cart feature is highly valued by our sales reps and dispensary buyers, streamlining processes across departments. It's a luxury we didn't have before, saving us easily 80-90% of our time. Their customer support is exceptional, and they promptly take our feedback. I highly recommend Bamboo, as it's superior in pricing, product, and service. their csm team is incredible. to be honest, we're not very tech savvy, we're pretty unorganized, and don't know how anything works with customer, and bamboo's customer service team is top notch, guiding us along every step, and just holding our hands. a lot of other companies that we have worked with in the past don't do this, major kudos to the bamboo customer service team. new york has been an absolute mess. thank god for the bamboo team, they helped us with our beginning inventory, and made sure everything from biotrack and bamboo were perfect in metrc. it took quite a bit of work, but i'm glad bamboo was there every step of the way. we loved bamboo so much, that we moved our illinois operations to bamboo as well. on top of compliance, their sales crm is the best-in-class, bamboo trace and sales are godsend to our company. What do you like best about Bamboo?

NYS OCM has been a complete mess, but thank god for the bamboo team. they have been able to help us navigate the chaos introduced by the state. At first, i just wanted compliance help, since it was very difficult to learn what the OCM was trying to do. but then I learned that Bamboo had a crm, and with the help of their crm, our sales have skyrocketed and efficiency has been improved at least 2-3 fold. To be honest, it’s been about 3 months now, and still trying to find a problem with the company, the software or the bamboo team, and so far, they have exceeded all our expectations. So no dissatisfaction at the moment. But time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
