What do you like best about Balto?

I love that Balto brings up relevent documents to the situation you are discussing with your customer. I also enjoy that Balto 'lights up' green when asked all verifying questions/completed tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do at times think the documents that are brought up are sometimes unhelpful as well as the links occasionally not working or bringing me to an incorrect page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I like that it helps our employees improve and change habits with a call when speaking to a customer, and i have many ideas I'm hoping can help other companies and Balto so we all can continue to grow as partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have nothing yet only because I communicate with staff on issues and or ideas, and they are excellent at working and getting things fixed or updated to show again their significant improvement in what it can do and an unbelievable no end in site as to where Balto will go. I'm helping by giving feedback to help Balto as we continue to be on a path of growth and a journey we together as partners can help close the communication gaps. Even in the way we caoch our employees by giving great dashboard and data access in an organized, understanding and explainable to an employee, so they can make changes and see their score change in real-time for an employee to better stay on company KPI track for success. What do you like best about Balto?

I great to have different suggestions when it hears keywords in a converstion. It helps keep the conversation flowing when I stumble with my words. It is also real-time responses and intuative, its a great app to help you along during a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

I would love to be able to move some of the areas around or change the theme of the app. If I struggle more with objections, to have that on the top of the list during a call would be great. I also would like to change the theme colors of the app window; so that it will stand out from my other opened windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to catch my agents LIVE in the moment when I live listen. BALTO makes it easy for me to visibly show my agents exactly where they are missing opportunities, often times, they will say, oh, I am saying this, it just isn't picking it up, or something along those lines. I can show them exactly where they are and aren't hitting the script, and then easily copy and paste the call ID and pull to listen on the spot. Makes coaching life super easy!!
