What do you like best about Balto?

The predictive responses are helpful when speaking to a client. It's helpful and lets you know if you're on the right track. It's a very cool trait about this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It did take a little while to get used to looking at the little window while going through our script and flow. So this does take a little bit of trial and error to get the hang of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I love the confetti at the end,the way to give and ask the quetion on a proper form help to kee the call on a high level. Also helps to mantain the check pionts and memorize all the information we need on every call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
