What do you like best about Balto?

Balto is able to listen to my phone calls and create pop-ups containing relevant information on the fly. This saves me a lot of time and streamlines my work. Balto is far superior to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Balto lacks a lot of customization options that I would like and does not seem to have an easy way to pin important items for easy locating. I would like to see improvements in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

For one I love the pop ups & conversation on hand, I also really enjoy the clickable checklist pop ups to continue where you left off!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the time fram in between the pop ups & having to ask my supervisor to swap my scripts depending on calls .. but still love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Blato has allowed me to be more confident, and successful when speaking to my clients. I love the fact that it's real-time, lets me know what I've said, and gives me extra key points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to dislike software that maximizes your success. However, at times the pop-ups for key points, or additional information that display used to throw me off, however I am well used to it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
