i love the "extra" pop-ups it gives you to help you keep the convo going Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i dislike that after each pop-up you have to remember to click off of it so it will go to the next line Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Balto is how it keeps you on task and hitting the important points for compliance as well as helping to achieve higher close rates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about Balto is that it will refresh on me sometimes or log out completely, not a huge issue but it does take my attention away from the caller Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

That it catches automatically the workflow and allows you to realize what part of the Script you havent said. As well it automatically detects relates resources that can be helpful in a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

What do you like best about Balto?

I love Balto because if the customer takes you off-topic, Balto helps you resume where you left off. So you can control your call and not the customer controls it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I like it when Balto doesn't light up when you make an abandoned return call because sometimes you can get lost in the call and don't know where to pick back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
