What do you like best about Balto?

I love that it highlights everything as you go through the call so you can know if you haven't said something yet or if you already did so you don't repeat yourself accidentally. I like that I'm able to see my overall performance so I can know if I need to improve or if I'm doing good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

The only downside to it is that sometimes it doesn't check off things I already said so I sometimes will rephrase my next sentence without repeating myself but saying enough to get it checked off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It brings up questions that I sometimes forget to ask & it helps me navigate through my call better. I like how it now switches to retention, enrollments, or follow ups and it switches for me without me having to do it myself. What do you like best about Balto?

I like how smart Balto is. It takes the guesswork out of my work life, and I can focus more on my clients. One upside to Balto is that you never have to think of what to say; all you have to do is look for the right words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

the program is very user-friendly and the ease with which you can find the desired information and the guide for when taking calls, he has really helped me a lot and thanks to Balto I have been able to resolve 100% of my calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Make it more colorful - The truth is that I don't see any errors in the program, however as I mentioned I would like it to have many more colors, but that would be all, since the information is very well designed and above all very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To begin with the start guide to take calls, that in my opinion is very well done, after having started the call we have the different options to choose depending on the problem of the call.
