What do you like best about Balto?

I like the it very much because it help me a lot through the calls so I can remember everything that I need to review and get useful information without the need to change screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I love how Balto triggers automatically with the calls. The suggestions are very helpful and help my employees. I love the cloud for statistic review and call quality checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

I wouldn't say I like how Balto always updates randomly when it isn't registering for any calls. This would usually be a quick fix for our IT department. The reps miss out on the contests that we run monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

That it is pretty accurate when it suggests what to do on your call. It is incredibly that it can be so useful while your are on the call. Some times you can find the solutions to Ni's matter just reading, and following balto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Being totally honest, there is nothing to dislike about Balto. It is really helpful. The only thing i can think about is that with time, you do not longer need it.

What do you like best about Balto?

I like that Balto is a guide for you when speaking to a customer and also a learning tool. You can go back and study information you did not know right in Balto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would say is that sometimes the wrong script will pop up for whatever we are doing and that will cause us to say the wrong thing especially if you did not know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
