**What do you like best about Balto?**

I like how convenient it make our life, as a customer support make since we dont really need make a whole summary after the whole one hour call. I use this everyday since I've started working with ThriveDx. I also like how I have an area where I can put reminders in. Balto is easy to use. Quick with mplementation effort to give. Balto is a platforms can be connected and made to work together without major technical hurdles.

There are minimal errors interms of capturing some words on my call.

**What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of rethinking what happened in the whole call. Balto benefits me alot since i dont really need to make a whole notes. I can just copy and paste it.

**What do you like best about Balto?**

Balto helps my team get through their calls and know where to go next without having to disrupt the "human" aspect of the call!  They can form relationships and still get the customers' questions answered.  Implementation was a breeze and the team made it SUPER EASY to do!

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

There's nothing!  Most of the features of Balto we implemented and are loving them!

We struggled getting agents to answer the phones with a standard greeting -- Balto has helped solve that!  We have also had agents struggle with knowing what to do next or remembering all the steps to resolving a customer issue -- Balto has solved that as well!

Balto is a great gadget ! It assist you thru your calls and reminds you not to miss some steps.

**What do you like best about Balto?**

I love that my company uses Balto because it's gives me a guideline of specific keypoints I need to read for my presentation. It let's me know if i've missed a detail thouroughout and I'm able to correct it reflecting on the application. It shows me ways to take control of the call. It even gives me suggestions on what to say towards responses. It's very easy to read and pops up whenever I get a call rather than having to find it on my desktop. It's very user friendly. 100% would recommend to any company for more accuracy in call scripts.

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

Honestly there's nothing that makes me dislike Balto.

**What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with making sure I don't miss anything thourought my presentation. It will present a flag and a colored box highlighting what I've missed. In order to be compliant with my company we have to read off certain disclosures and it's very helpful when Balto reminds me if there's a disclaimer that has been missed. It ensures we have hit every need of our client by making sure we read off important questions. Balto helps summarize the conversation so I can abtain notes of the call.

Balto provides significant feedback throughout a call, offering a guideline for your script, as well as instant rebuttals. Summary of call allows to reflect on the conversation and see where you can improve in real time.

The only downside of Balto is trying to manage where I can place it on the screen, as I have multiple windows up at once.

Balto has worked continuously with my company to find a happy medium on the kind of summary they are providing after calls. I am more than happy with where we have landed on call summaries.

Sometimes it can be too vague and not provide as clear of answers as needed, or pull some parts of a conversation that aren't necessarily important.

Balto solves me having to tkae the time to type out a call synopysis after every call. This feature saves me so much time.

Its guided scripts, being able to see a summary after calls, and using it every day helps to improve call quality. It provides great ideas for handling difficult topics with customers. The screen is adjustable and customizable great for adapting to your needs

Unable to change the position for scripts on the checklist, that would be amazing to modify.

What I like about Balto is the cohesiveness and details that it gives in every calls. We get to read every details of the call from point to point. It's very easy to use and the text is very clear.

The program can be very clear and the verbiage is copied from word to word that the text comes in very long.

Balto can do anything & everything we could want. Which, could be overwhelming, if the content and features weren't explained/trained properly. The Balto team was with us every step of the way during implementation, and are still meeting with us weekly even after our go live date. We feel incredibly supported!

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

The self-guided training was extremly long, and filled with some content that was not relevant to our company. That is my only complaint at this time.

Balto is monitoring our team and flagging both positive and negative interactions. I used to spend hours weekly spot monitoring my team, but now Balto does this for me, and for EVERY interaction.

My job requires detailed reviews of our phone calls; summaries of what the customer and agent discussed. Instead of trying to recall what was said and done, Balto does it for us! Using the summary  feature, me and my agents are able to copy and paste the summary of the call, saving us time to prepare for the next caller!

Honestly, I can't point out any flaws. Everything I need is at my fingertips; notes, challenges, script, summaries, ect.

Our Balto has a space for common objectives. This feature provides agents with real time rebuttals for common objectives our agents face.

The only negative to Balto for me is that it takes up a little bit of space on the screen but how else would you read it and it does not take up that much space.

Information is accurate and i dont need to create my own documentation. its very detailed. Easy to use and i love the wordings becuase its easy to understand so  i will not having hard time to understand.

Once the conversation is over an hours, Balto cannot track it anymore.

Balto makes my job so much easier. I no longer have to waste time putting notes together because Balto does it all for me. I used it every day and never want to go without it.

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

Sometimes I have issues when using Balto on a Mac Book but other than that it is flawless.

**What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to have multiple scripts in front of you and it also saves time with writing notes for you files.

Since it is something that I must use 5 days out of the week.It gives me the cheat sheet to customer service. Very easy to use. Puts any plan into action by knowing what to say at the right time. Gives customers the support needed.

Balto is very easy to integrate but it can become very repetitive. change the quotes every now and again.

**What do you like best about Balto?**

It has made remote work and training seamless as Balto guides the agent new or experienced through the call, and with dynamic prompts to help with the most common situtations, as well as making sure that compliance items are hit and read verbatim.  Matt our Balto rep is in constant contact with us and helps point out items we could modify or update to make better.  He has been with us every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

They are still working on the Spanish side, but I don't dislike it, but like they are working to do it.

Balto made it easier for us to have an overview about the call. We don't have to take note manually and it gives us the opportunity to makes sure that all the important talking points will be mentioned  because of the checklist. We use it in every call and and it is very easy to navigate. It is user friendly and saves a lot of time.

Some words are not being captured and they use a different word that rhymes

**What do you like best about Balto?**

I love how Balto is a real time guidance system which allows agents to be themselves instead of sound like robots. I love the automatic feedback it gives to our agents after a call and the note summary which has saved us time. Implementation is in small chunks, the real time guidance system is implemented first and training is provided to agents. Other features of Balto are taught and implemented in the weeks following the main implementation.

**What do you dislike about Balto?**

The reporting is unable to be sent to an email on a recurring timeline. You must use the reporting within the dashboard. Implementation training does not include the additional features Balto implements after the intial implementation phase. You must have your own training team train to the features in the weeks following main implementation.

**What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Balto is benefiting us by providing our agents scripting to sound aligned in our approach with the Guest. It also provides automated notes at the end of the call to copy and paste.

Every once in a while it does not process a key word or phrase.  But for the most part it is able to clearly discern when I've correctly completed a task on the checklist

It is able to highlight when we have correctly completed an item on the checklist.  That helps me not to forget to explore those key things when speaking with a patient

I like that Balto has eveything needed to get the job done when it comes to Quality Assurance work. Easy to use! I also enjoy that Balto is contuining to update to make auditing  easier with new feature being presented.

I can't say if there's anything in present day that I dislike about Baltp due to the constant updates and new features. No complaints as of now.
