What do you like best about Balto?

Most helpful thing about Balto just keeping the train of thought going. Sometimes you get stuck an those prompts will definitely help you get out of a hard rebuttal. Reminds me to say the important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

The inability to change certain prompts as certain things are said without the same exact verbiage. Maybe if it understood some of the issues I was having when it came to rebuttals and could identify it when it was said again.
