Quite tricky here. I do not know if they have resolved the customer support system or if they have a functional one at the moment. Problem: Too much work in customer management until we could miss on some orders. How Bad! Managing production, recipes and formulas could be troublesome with us having many orders to work on, we could not have time to plan on all the ingredients we needed and their quantities when making purchases.

Benefits: Needed something quick to sort this messy trend and that is what we got. Being able to get orders from customers via the software with their own customization. Such a great thing and these days we only receive a few calls and emails because majority of our customers use the software. It saves greatly in production management since everything you need to bake or leavening is recorded for you and all matters recipe and formula management make things even easier when it comes to preparing for the day's tasks.
