ClearChecks is very user friendly and it was a breeze to sign up my applicants for a background check and drug screen. I also like that I can add on searches that I need without buying ones I don't. The drug screening was a bit complicated for my applicant. The website is not clear about which locations have all the testing capabilities and my applicant had to go to two different appointments and call the individual site to confirm. The only negative thing I can think of is that some of my questions were not intuitively answered on the website. For instance, knowing that you must first order a background check to then be able to see the drug testing options was not clear to me until I spoke to a representative.
