What do you like best about BackgroundChecks.com?

The service provided was limited to obtaining the clearances for our volunteers. The quick response to our needs considering a short deadline was most appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?

Backgroundchecks.com was the secondary provider for this service which when my sign-in problems was resolved, everything went very well. We processed our volunteer check-in through CharityEZ.com, who in turn used Backgroundchecks.com for the clearances search. I had difficulty getting my Log-In to work due to some miscommunication between the CharityEZ.com and me. When resolved I was satisfied and we met our deadline. What do you like best about BackgroundChecks.com?

Their customer service/chat directs you to an actual person. They are helpful and resourceful. I have so many customer service experiences from requesting reimbursement, employment verification issues, SSN issues, etc. I have been able to resolve every issue with their helpful customer service team. What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?

They only offer background checks in the USA and we often have team members from other countries, so I have to use another company to fulfill that need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
