Cheating thieves. They had me on auto-renewal. I never used the service after two months and paid the $600, which was my decision, so I wasted ten months. Now they auto renewed, and I was not using the service, so I have thrown away another $600 for a service I hate. Of course, they said no when I asked for a refund.
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. DO NOT, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I don't have a thing I dislike. Note that responses will come on the Pacific Time Zone - so be prepared for great help on a little different time frame if you operate on EST , for instance - Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I love about Back At You is that it automatically detects when I have a new listing and prepares an ad for me to post on all social media platforms right away. The convenience that I don't have to come up with a post or remember to do so is beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't really like compared to other CRM and marketing platforms is that Back At You doesn't have a variety of email campaigns for you to set up. I also wish that the social media postings could have color coordination for people trying to brand. My brand colors are black and white. A lot of the postings have been blue, yellow, pink, etc. Also, I do think that some of the videos should be a little more diverse with cultures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Back at You has been a lifesaver for me as a new realtor getting started with all things social for my business! With so many things to do, having to sit down and plan out postings for social media outlets was such an overwhelming and stressful task, and Back at You has lifted that weight off my shoulders! It's like I have a Social Media posting assistant working for me! Knowing that postings can also be reviewed or changed/updated is also awesome! I can add a personal touch to some when I have time to go in and review them, or even add more social outlets to the post if I want to.
