What do you like best about B2B Self-Service Portal?

This portal empowers customer by giving access to a resources which will help us to manage minor or very common problems , say it is incident management for any product related issue, following up with online queries with sales representatives. The platform is quite intuitive, hence implementation is easy and customer can use many features of the same with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
