**What do you like best about B2B Self-Service Portal?**

This portal empowers customer by giving access to a resources which will help us to manage minor or very common problems , say it is incident management for any product related issue, following up with online queries with sales representatives. The platform is quite intuitive, hence implementation is easy and customer can use many features of the same with ease.

**What do you dislike about B2B Self-Service Portal?**

Integration with other apps or platform is missing, making the task to be repetitive for the customer. More integration with customer support is required.

**What problems is B2B Self-Service Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are resolving SAP tickets, collecting them, creating dashboards, assigning it to responsible resource, provide knowledge base to ticket raiser and provides previous cases.
