The service helps to identify disconnection errors as well as helps to trouble shoot errors. **What do you dislike about Azure SignalR Service?** Free tier offered with the app service package is limited and pay as you go feature especially during large data influx makes it expensive. There is no provision to set a cap limit or frequency/min on the service **What problems is Azure SignalR Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps to handle multiple loads between server and client-side. Our application was built using WebSocket connection to communicate with a third-party client and Signal R service was used as a middle layer service to obtain the data from the third party integration. ### 3. That needs to be improved. In a small environment it is only so critical, but when you start growing it becomes a significant cost raise.Lots of basic things can take 45 min (changing the config of a gateway/load balance for example). **Recommendations to others considering Azure SignalR Service:** For .net applications, it's very well suited. We have different applications and other products in which we have used it—Web apps, API apps, Web Jobs and a few cloud services. Azure storage is also one of the options where we can store our images in the cloud as cloud is always good these days for hosting. **What problems is Azure SignalR Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the functions only work in the classic portal.the dashboard design is confusing AF, it is difficult to find things. You pay the support, or send them a tweet and cross your fingers. Billing is confusing, especially at the beginning, and it is impossible to estimate costs without seeing the use of an entire application / site. ### 4. Any time you need a public site to push some data to another site, stop looking and jump on this service. The pricing model is fair for production and it sets up real easily. **What do you dislike about Azure SignalR Service?** When I first started looking into the service as a potential solution, it was hard to find the exact documentation I was looking for. I think the site probably could have done a little better sharing information. **Recommendations to others considering Azure SignalR Service:** There are other options out there, but Azure SignalR implements a tried and true interface for a stable product. The pricing is worth the level of software you are receiving. **What problems is Azure SignalR Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to solve the problem of how to push updates to web pages from a driver page. This solves the problem exactly AND I don't have to worry about hosting the SignalR machine myself. ### 5.
