I have been using the Azure portal for the last 3 years, and I can say 100% that the kind of brilliant, easy-to-use UI Azure provides is something I haven’t seen elsewhere. Beyond that, Azure’s features and services are strong, and the support is very quick. On top of that, the Copilot feature in Azure is also one of the best things, because you just need to provide a prompt and Azure guides you through all the steps, also to find pricing of any resources is very easy as azure provides azure pricing website which helps to identify which service and tier should be beneficial for you. Some of the services are too costly, and I don’t think every company can afford them. For example, the AI services feel especially expensive. I like that Azure Portal has unified dashboards where I can manage everything for VMs, databases, network, and storages in one place. The role-based access control (RBSE) makes it easy to assign permissions and manage security for teams. The built-in dashboards and alerts are great for tracking resources and performance.
