The feature Geo-fencing is very useful and much needed for our application, but it is quite complex and sometimes not works as expected.

Azure location based services is very powerful tool, multiplaform, is very easy to integrated to projects, the best thing about azure lbs is the five API REST which are just amazing to developt apps or web apps, make very simple the management of maps, gps, searchs, routes, traffict, etc. And is based on JavaScript, what is one of the most used programing languages ​​now a days, so there are many of guides about how to use azure location based services. The only two things what i don't like is, there are some countrys where Azure can not be used they are blocked by IP, and sometimes the performance of Azure is low, the latency is too high but can be fixed selecting the best server for deploy your app/web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
