Microsoft Azure Active Directory is one of the best solutions for implementing security in the Azure Environment. We can create Users and assign them roles and permissions with the help of Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I dislike about Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Following are the best about Microsoft Azure Active Directory:
Integration with Microsoft Services
Seamless Single Sign-On
Robust and highly secured Security Features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Following are the I dislike about Microsoft Azure Active Directory:
Learning Curve: While Azure AD offers comprehensive features, it can have a steep learning curve, especially for users who are new to identity and access management concepts.
Limited Customization Options: Some users may find that Azure AD's customization options for the user interface and login experience are limited compared to other identity providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a great cloud-based central repository for all our users. It provides single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and conditional access and links to many other services for SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need to be using Microsoft products. Doesn’t support organizational units and group policy objects. Flat structure. Lacks domain controller and domain services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Microsoft Authenticator is its mobile app, which allows for on-the-go password authentication. Additionally, it comes fully equipped with FaceID capability, lessening the burden of remembering yet another password. The app itself has a friendly user interface and is simple to understand. Finally, the software allows multiple accounts to be linked within a single application -- in other words, password protection and multi-factor authentication for many accounts can be consolidated into one, easy-to-use application. This eliminates the need for using multiple authenticator apps and, by extension, eliminates the need for remembering multiple authenticator app passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's very little to dislike about Microsoft Authenticator. At times between updates, the application will "forget" your password, and you'll have to endure the challenge of remembering a password that you seldom use. This is the single issue that prevents this app from achieving a perfect 10 out of 10, and it seems like a simple software fix may allow the user to simply set a password and access the application via FaceId after that. Aside from this small friction point, the software works like a charm and, personally, I have never experienced a significant issue while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
if your suite of products are with Microsoft Tech stack nothing wrong with Azure AD. Okta features as an independent solution to be administered. Technically it is the deep knowledge that an IAM specialist that possesses the skill that identifies whether to go for Okta or Azure AD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see if Azure AD is renamed as an independent product that definitely adds value with different price tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Entra ID protection has helped to detect almost 95% of the account compromise atracks in the current environment, the level of content it provides in SIEM is very helpful in further investigation of incidents and alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Entra User interface needs to be more user friendly and more easy to understand for first time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the way it helps organisations secure and the indentities it provides for multicolour environments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far it's good haven't found any bad/dissatisfaction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Controlling and managing access and creating and setting up accounts is a fast and easy task. Automating tasks and programming workflows are a breeze. You can just do it all with the leats amount of work and a huge ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multi-factor authentication is a hassle and might create more problems than expected. Also, whenever there is an update, we need to spend quite some time searching for the "new" location for some functions or menu items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is the Single Sign-On (SSO) capability. With SSO, I can sign in once and gain access to all the applications and resources I need without having to re-enter the credentials each time I switch applications or services. It has significantly improved my productivity and reduced the risk of password fatigue, as I don't have to remember multiple passwords. Apart from that, Azure AD has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities, which adds an extra layer of security to user authentication by requiring users to provide two or more forms of authentication, such as a password and a security token and helps me feel more secure when accessing sensitive or confidential resources. Azure AD is one of the best solutions available; identifying any significant criticisms of the service is challenging. However, it is worth noting that Azure AD is a paid service, and the cost can vary depending on the required features and capabilities. To meet diverse needs and preferences, Azure AD offers various pricing tiers that people can choose from to achieve a fully integrated and cohesive IT environment. As of now, I have no complaints about the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
