Adding new apps for secure login is really easy and the interface of showing which accounts you have is clear and concise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. Maybe have color alternatives so I can match it with my phone's theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The efficiency of the system to store, log in and protect multiple applications. SSO, MFA, and cloud storage make it easy for the user to log in and not worry about remembering credentials. We use it for office access applications integrated with Blackberry, Outlook and zoom, and the way our access is authenticated is seamless.
Creating specific user groups and creating differentiated access levels is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much but it gets irritating when it asks to log in again in a running application. Also. A little bit of work on the UI so that a non-IT guy can do the troubleshooting. And have you removed all redundancies while integrating with other apps? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Azure Active Directory is a tool designed with trailblazing features to help meet and maintain security compliance policies by setting up access control barriers to aid in securing your data. With its features in access control like multifactor authentication, it gives one the most reliable solution in restricting access to data to only the authorized persons to prevent cases of data leakags. Also, it have a well designed dashboard with reporting functions that allows you to generate reports to give you clear data access activities so as to always be aware of who had access to which data and when. Its flexibility gives one the ability to scale it based on your needs so as to perfectly match with the solution you are looking for. Also, the dashboard brings together all your users information including accounts, access permissions and more making it easy to have control of these information from a central point. Also the self-service password reset feature together with the single sign-on feature helps makes user apps access simple and very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) is a cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solution that provides a range of benefits for organizations. One of the primary advantages of using AAD is its ability to provide centralized management of user identities and access to resources across multiple applications and services. This can significantly simplify administration and improve security by enabling organizations to manage access to resources based on user roles, groups, and policies.
Another key benefit of AAD is its support for single sign-on (SSO), which enables users to access multiple applications and services with a single set of credentials. This can help improve productivity by reducing the need for users to remember multiple passwords and login information for different systems. Additionally, AAD provides built-in support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to provide an extra layer of security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are also some potential drawbacks to consider when using AAD. One potential issue is that the cloud-based nature of the service means that organizations must rely on Microsoft to provide and maintain the infrastructure and security for the service. This can create some concerns around data privacy and security, particularly for organizations that handle sensitive or confidential data.
Another potential issue is that some learning curve or administrative overhead may be involved in configuring and managing AAD. Organizations may need to invest in training or hire additional personnel to manage the service effectively. Additionally, there may be some limitations or constraints on the types of applications and services that can be integrated with AAD, which could impact compatibility with existing systems and workflows. The thing that makes AAD unique is that it is secure and safe, at the same time it is easy to use with the help of documentation. Any issue pertaining to it can be resolved through raising tickets. It is pretty much reliable and the MFA authentication is tight, which makes it a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI can be a bit challenging for a non technical person coming in and using it. Other than that, for small businesses and startups, the pricing strategy can be a little expensive and complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Entra Verified ID is an excellent IAM Security Feature introduced by Microsoft. Azure Active Directory Verifiable Credentials is now Microsoft Entra Verified ID. It uses Azure Key vault to store the ID values in an encrypted method. We can create our Application, which can be hosted in Github as well, for ID, we may go with Microsoft Verified Card using Microsoft Entra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it is best in service by Microsoft, which creates the App and hosts the ID credentials in Azure Cloud, it doesn't support any legacy app authentication. While, it is free now, but not known about future price for adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
