There really is no much to dislike. Microsoft continues to improve the product and add new features. No product is perfect but the fact that this is an extension of something everyone has been using for years just makes it that much more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I like is that as part of the Microsoft infrastructure, Azure Active Directory integrates easily with other services, making it easier to create and track tickets. Additionally, since Defender secures it, it eases the workload of administrators, allowing them to focus on other areas of the tool. Azure AD is also easy to scale as per the organization's demand. This makes it a great solution for identity and access management in the cloud, providing organizations with the necessary tools to secure their digital assets and protect against potential security threats. Sometimes receiving codes to authenticate logins delay, and when it suddenly appears, and you enter that code, you are told it expired. There needs to be an improved time in receiving codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
