As an administrator who uses Azure Active Directory on a daily basis, I can confidently say that it is an excellent product. What I like best about AAD is that it provides a great foundation to build your business ecosystem on. AAD enables centralized management of user identities and access to resources, making managing user accounts, groups, and devices easy. It seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft cloud services, such as Office 365 and Microsoft Intune, allowing for streamlined management of all your Microsoft products. Overall, AAD is a reliable and scalable identity management solution that provides a robust set of features and capabilities, making it an essential tool for any organization that values security and efficiency. The UI layout is sometimes confusing; finding the item or menu you are looking for may require research or extra digging. This can be especially confusing for new administrators that join the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very helpful that we know that our account can't be login without two step authentication process. Mostly in office accounts which will contain lot of database. I'm using it everyday. Costomer queries are solved in real time. It can be easily implemented and integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although MS Azure AD has all the required services but it has limitations in terms of numbers of groups and users. A limitation in role based group creation in one Azure tenant is also a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Azure AD because it stores all the objects, User Objects and Device Objects, I can also look at my Azure AD Conditional Access which helps set Role Based Access Controls as well as device attribute access controls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When creating dynamic groups, I wish I could use both Device and User rules within one dynamic group. Currently, they are separated. I would also add creating a dynamic group based on certain features like: creating a group based off of "X" devices with "Y" applications installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plus, It can be integrated with third party cloud based applications.
The access control policies are very wide. Because of which we can set each department in each access policy and their access to data and or resources will be controlled.

The support needs to improve. The response time to problems at implementation needs to improve. Furthermore, documentation is confusing for things like working with API. At times, it takes a lot of time to find out how to perform certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
