You may be surprised by how intuitive and feature rich it is. The hybrid automation features themselves are super handy. **What do you dislike about Azure Automation & Control?** Better and more customization would be ideal. Being able to color code things and personalize is super common these days in virtually every platform, and can help you organize yourself even more so than the software initially allows, plus can just make using it a bit more pleasant. **What problems is Azure Automation & Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking problems and resources my company uses so easily is priceless. ### 13.
