My personal views are a bit linear and the thing is that Azure Monitor (a similar software) lets or we can say creates an opportunity for you as well as helps the user to understand that what his use and responsibility is or are, performing and very actively lets a basic perception of the issues affecting them and the use on which they depend on. Azure service and its issues like outages as well as the planned maintenance for sure is a con and the times get tough and affect you.
