We send out monthly surveys, mostly the same each month to track consumer insights, trends, behavior and so forth. First of all, we've gained more insights that we could dream of. Second, the AYTM's team is a dream to work with. **What do you dislike about aytm?** Following the Supreme Court’s decision in June 2018, many states now require sales taxation on SaaS services. We were unaware that this took place and that it would affect us, so one day when launching our survey our cost was higher than normal. Their advanced logic is easy to use and the tools to create a survey are both sophisticated and well built. I really like that they provide real-time feedback about how much your survey will cost as you create it. It's also super quick to produce results. Lastly, I like that they often run interesting surveys on statistically relevant audiences and publish the full results. **What do you dislike about aytm?** Sometimes their web app seems to get bogged down with complex surveys. Additionally, some of their limits, particularly around sample size for self-run surveys are counter-intuitive and the fact that you can't change the number of desired respondents after launching a survey can be super frustrating. Their cost is also slightly higher than some of their competition. I think it tends to be worth it, but it's worth noting. **Recommendations to others considering aytm:** I highly recommend AYTM. Their support is quick and their services are well priced.
