Definitely see what AXXESS Agencycore can offer you and you company. If you a new company starting off you might want to see other vendors cause it is costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Axxess Home Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

There really aren't any problems regarding Agencycore but we have benefited from the fact that everything is on the web and easy to access through the internet via phone, computer or anything that can access the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EASY and user friendly "

What do you like best about Axxess Home Health?

Its interface is so easy to use and it really helped our Agency with internal audits for our skilled division. Since it was electronically accessible virtually anywhere our paperwork rate for the employees increased dramatically. the steps to get a 485 created at times... it can be tedious and long... but the customer support was always there and ready to assist with any of our questions or concerns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axxess Home Health?

none that I can think of, their communication with our agency was superb and they worked diligently to solve any of our problems to the best of their knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best software decision I have ever made."

What do you like best about Axxess Home Health?

Simplicity of use, logical and easy for employees to learn. I love that it is all inclusive. I have our DDE and our CAHPS reporting with the same company now and it is working out very well. There were times with my previous CAHPS vendor that I missed the 12th of the month deadline to prepare and send my information. I would get email upon email even after I had sent the data. Now, it is done for me automatically, I have no deadline to meet and I know it is done. I am also very satisfied with the billing capabilities of the program. It is a very simple system that is user friendly, again, it is logical and dependable. Customer Service is friendly and able to handle all problems ( and the problems are typically my fault) and if they can't help, I am transferred to someone who can. What do you dislike about Axxess Home Health?

I have been using this program since April, 2015, and presently I am unable to put my finger on a single thing that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
