It is seemless, easy to configure and managed by Axway team. We can completely rely on Axway team for any patching, upgrades and maintenance. This has saved us lot of time every month.

We saw varieties of issues within server logs and file tracking due to size limitations of files, jobs interfering with each other, DDoS attacks, etc. We since moved to the cloud and managed services, but if we remained on premise, I expect we would still be required to spend a lot of time resolving issues. The most helpful thing about MFT is the huge choice of features in the product.
