The most useful aspects for me are the various curated learning paths that can be created for various audiences, and the many longitudinal reinforcement capabilities to extend retention of the materials taught to our audience. We have been using Axonify in our organization since 2017 and have built our customer service framework on a foundation of Axonify microlearning. The solution has built-in games to support quick, fun learning for our customer-facing teams. The platform is very customizable, allows us to distribute learning, routinely reinforce with the learners for proven retention, and pull data to support our reporting needs. The team at Axonify has always been incredibly supportive and we have built a strong partnership with them. As our learning needs have evolved, so has our platform use. Axonify drives engagement with our learners. They love playing the games and challenging each other on the leaderboards. Gone are the days of me spending lots of time chasing down people who are avoiding training. Axonify's content creation process forces content creators to think about what the learners really need and what will impact the business goals. Axonify lays out a strategy for content creation that is easy to use with my subject matter experts. I love that they always take feedback, grow, and improve the platform. I'm a fan of using the new content wizard for creating distractions. Our employees, especially those that work overnights, report that they also really appreciate the communication function in Axonify. They now feel like they are in the loop on all the essential information. Their customer success team is the best I have yet to work with. Our customer success manager, Brandon, is exceptional to work with. I have no hesitations recommending Axonify to my colleges and wish I had found them years earlier! I struggle to come up with anything I dislike about Axonify. It is a much-needed break from the traditional training we had and always knew needed improvement. There's not much that we don't like about Axonify. It needs to be tailored to your exact needs and doesn't offer direct module access as you would see on other platforms.
