Recommendations to others considering Axon Ivy:
Since choosing the right iBPM software is an important architectural decision and investment, I would recommend research and possibly a proof of concept to ensure that the software fully meets the requirements for the job required. One resource that is useful is the Fraunhofer Institute report on BPM. It list several BPM tools and the pros and cons of each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Axon Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ivy to automate and manage business process that span multiple software packages. We are mainly focused on using Ivy with IBM i-AS/400 customers that need to connect their CA 2E, CA Plex, COBOL, and RPG systems to additional enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce. With Ivy, you can create a connected workflow and manage a business process that may take days to complete and need multiple levels of approval. The main benefit is in the shortened cycle, for example shortening the amount of time it takes to approve a car lease, or fulfill a complex maintenance order. The ROI is different for every situation, but most often is very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
