I don't like so much that the messages from the slack channel also get posted in github. I think that there should be a thread for each comment from github, where a response on slack would post back to github, but every message from the slack channel going to github means that any non-concise conversation or discussion makes the github conversation look very messy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axolo really streamlines our pull request workflow by bringing everything into Slack. I love how it creates a temporary channel for each PR, so discussions don’t get buried or spread across threads. It keeps reviewers, authors, and even CI notifications in one place, which makes the feedback loop much faster. I’ve noticed fewer delays in code reviews, and the fact that comments sync back to GitHub means we don’t lose anything. The syncing isn't always perfect. I've had a mismatch between Slack and GitHub before but it is rare. I also wish the comment threads in Slack were easier to track inside of GitHub.
