What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I love the fact that Axis Care is user friendly to anyone who maybe starting off in the scheduling world. The customer service is always at my finger tips for anything that i may have questions about. The ease of the site makes things so easy to implement. I frequently use axis care all the time! The number of features that Axis Care has is wonderful. I love changing the colors to best fit my personality. It definitely has great integration of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

One thing i would like to see is that shifts being removed from the caregiver's side. You can see the shifts removed from the clients side. But not on the caregiver side of the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

They have added features such as picture uploading so that pictures never save to the caregivers' phone, incident tracking, hospitalization tracking, fall tracking, etc. They have also added AxisCare intelligence that helps to identify unusual occurrences in the notes. What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I really like AxisCare Home Care Software for its excellent customer service. Whenever we run into issues, their team is quick to respond, answer our questions, and help us work through any problems. They're innovative and consistently assist us with any processes we need to address. Additionally, the ease of setup was a highlight for us, making the transition smooth. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I'm currently working on QuickBooks integration and making sure that as an enterprise customer, our locations are being correctly inputted into QuickBooks line items or subaccounts. But again, we're working through that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
