I have recently started using the CRM and honestly the user interface is quite easy to use. I am able to track where my deal is and easily store all my contacts in a single place. I have integrated it with my email to get automated alerts. **What do you dislike about Axiom Workspace CRM?** It was easy to implement and customer support has been good but it lacks features provided by other crms like salessforce or hubspot. **What problems is Axiom Workspace CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to manage everything on excel but switching to axiom has been really helpful for us to help track our sales pipeline ### 3.
