All AWS Transfer for SFTP Discussions

I am using AWS SFTP server to transfer files to S3 bucket using Filezilla. But the transfer speed is always between 4 - 5 mbps. How do i increase the transfer speed? I am using a 150 mbps internet connection and want to use the maximum bandwidth for the sftp transfer. Kindly help.
